Volunteers

Volunteers  support the work of the school and children’s centre in many ways. Volunteers sit on the Children’s Centre Advisory Board to monitor and evaluate the work of the centre with the Head Teacher and other professionals. Others manage the book library, help with educational visits, work in the vegetable garden, play with the children or sort out toys and clothes. Volunteers may offer other skills such as checking the toy library toys have been returned.    

If you are interested in volunteering please register at the school. We have a volunteering policy that prioritises adults who live closest to our school.  

Volunteers are never allowed to be left alone with children. A member of the team would be working with you.
