- Services as the lead centre for Custom House and Canning Town on the Best Start in Life offer
- Play and early learning through stay and play session such as baby club, baby and toddler club, jigaree (music)
- Book Lending Library
- programme of Educational Visits to broaden children's horizons beyond the school gate
- Links with other local nurseries and childminders
- Family and parenting support including 1:1 support from a family support worker; baby massage; Triple P; learning in the home
- Short workshops and longer term courses to learn about childrens' learning
- Parent return to learning courses for example ESOL, links with Workplace, Inspiring Families
- Childminder network
- Health services for children and families including pre-birth and infant support from a midwife or health visitor
- Feeding and nutrition advice and general development guidance from the nutrition team
- General and specific child development guidance form outreach workers, teachers, speech therapists and psychologists
- Signposting to other professional support
- Volunteering opportunities
