Home Learning

We have put together some 'home learning' ideas for the children. We have provided you with some ideas for a range of activities , which will aim to cover all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. We focus on different themes, keeping things as simple as possible, using things you have to hand at home with links to things you can do on the internet or apps. If you would like any support or advice please call us on 020 74761735.
Don't forget to check your child's Tapestry account for the 'book of the week'.
Please share your child's learning and achievements at home on Tapestry. We are looking forward to seeing what you have been learning about at home!

Helping your child to talk

Young children love it when you chat, play and read with them. Almost anything can be turned into a game. Every little thing you do together will help set them up nicely for the day they start school. Follow this link for top tips to help with speech development, making daily routines fun, using music and sounds, pretend games , exploring outside, learning more than one language and links to top websites on more ideas to help your child.
